Santa Cruz Remodeling was built on personal property renovations and small jobs that grew by word of mouth. Today the company has been licensed in Arizona for almost seven years, and it's still run by the family, with owner Elodia Cruz at the head of it.
Elodia writes every estimate herself and walks every job. Her son Ivan works alongside her, and between the two of them, one of the family is on site supervising every project. When something comes up in the middle of a remodel, the person who can make the call is already there, and it gets handled right away.
We keep one in-house crew instead of a rotating cast of subcontractors. Plumbing, electrical and roofing go to licensed partners we coordinate, so you have one point of contact from the first walkthrough to the final one. We work out of our office on West Maryland Avenue in Phoenix, and se habla español.
Owner
Elodia runs Santa Cruz Remodeling and writes every estimate. She comes out for the free walkthrough, measures, and talks through what you want and what the house will allow. She stays involved through the build and walks the finished job with you. Remodeling is the heart of the business she has run for about seven years.
Project supervision
Ivan, Elodia's son, works alongside her on site, supervising jobs and keeping customers updated. When a question comes up mid-project, he or Elodia is there to answer it.
From our Phoenix office we remodel homes across the Valley. We can usually come out to measure within about two days of your call, and you'll have a written quote a day or two after that.
Licensed for general renovation by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

Written into every contract. If our workmanship fails within a year, we fix it at no charge.
