Goodyear has grown fast on the west side of the Valley. Whether you want a kitchen island, a walk-in shower or one floor through the whole house, we remodel kitchens, bathrooms and floors across Goodyear from our Phoenix office, and we can usually come out to measure within about two days.
Around Goodyear
Goodyear is named after the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, which bought 16,000 acres here in 1917 to grow cotton for tire cords. Goodyear became a town in 1946 and a city in 1985, and in 2008 it won the All-America City Award from the National Civic League.
Today the city is home to Goodyear Ballpark on Ballpark Way, and Abrazo West Campus is on McDowell Road at 13677 West. Wherever you live in Goodyear, we come to you.
Planning a Remodel in Goodyear
Goodyear has its own building department and permit rules. Work that moves walls or changes plumbing, electrical or gas generally needs a permit, while painting and other cosmetic work generally doesn't. The city decides what your project needs.
We go over it at the walkthrough so the estimate already accounts for it, and plumbing and electrical go to licensed partners we coordinate.
